First, we examine fat in the diet. The Japanese eat very little fat. The British and the Americans eat more fat than the Japanese. And the Japanese suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.

Second, we consider red wine in the diet. Though the French eat much fat, they drink a fair amount of red wine. And they suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans. The Italians drink plenty of red wine and eat a fair amount of fat. But they also suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans. By the way, the Japanese don’t drink much red wine.

redwineIn sum, we know the French, Italians, and Japanese suffer fewer heart attacks than the British and Americans. The French and Italian diet is fairly high in fat. You might think red wine is healthy for them. But Japanese don’t drink much red wine though their diet is low in fat. What can we conclude from this? Eat and drink what you want. It is the English language that is bad for your health.

I read this story! Honestly!
